I was told by a chain oil shop that I had a transmission fluid leak that needed attention very soon. I had a long distance trip planned for the upcoming weekend and really did not feel comfortable driving my vehicle almost 500 miles before having it looked at. Vicki texted me offering an appointment same day which was completely unexpected. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile by both the tech and Vicki. Every step of the process was seamless and honest. They sent a link with photos following their full inspection and diagnoses. The level of comfort and care I felt at this shop does not compare to any other place I have been to. Having grown up in a family owned auto/tire shop, I know what great, honest service is and this shop has it. I will be recommending to everyone I know. Thanks again.
