Turner Auto Care in Webster, NY is the absolute best choice for automotive service, maintenance and repair in the area since 1968 and is still going strong. We hire and train all of our amazing staff to meet ASE certification standards and we work on all makes and models of vehicles. Our Webster auto repair shop is a member of ATI, NAPA, AAA and our local Chamber of Commerce.

While our shop is named after the three Turner brothers that originally opened the shop, we are the Bartlett’s – Scott and Vicki. Scott joined the business in 2011 and partnered with Robert Turner, whose intentions were to retire. At that time, Scott had worked in the automotive industry for 25 years and decided that the dealership was not where he saw his future. He wanted something of his own, to be somewhere that felt like family and to see and say hi to his customers in the local grocery store. In 2014 both men achieved their goals and Scott became the new owner of Turner Auto Care.

In 2016 Vicki came along to join Scott at the shop, leaving behind a career in corporate leadership and having zero background in automotive. Now she can talk all day long about maintenance schedules, brakes, tires, etc.

At our shop, we do it all – including diagnostics, tune-ups, brakes and much more. We also focus on our customers and their experience when they come through our doors. We want them to feel welcome and safe. We want to laugh and joke with them. We want to learn about them and who they are. We want customers who want to know what shape their vehicle is in and to educate them on what steps are needed to ensure a long life, all while keeping prioritization in mind.
